The latest Motability price list has arrived. As the Motability price lists are updated every three months, these are the best cars available for leasing right now, with correct pricing up until March 31st 2026.

Motability Price Scheme updates

As electric vehicles are becoming more and more affordable – along with perks of free home charger installs and public charging network subscriptions – there are plenty of electric and hybrid cars available this year, as well as the usual suspect petrol and diesel models.

With Government updates from last year’s Autumn Budget impacting Motability, VAT on Advance Payments and Insurance Premium Tax are now included on Motability Scheme leases, beginning July 2026. The Motability Scheme offers some of the best deals on a leasing agreement, even with these alterations. Motability's price freeze also means there won’t be any surprises down the line; even if prices go up before your handover date, your price upon application is what you will pay.

Thanks to the great selection of cars available at a variety of price points, there’s a Motability car for everyone. Choose the perfect Motability car to work with your budget, payment style and to suit your exact needs.

What are the top Motability cars without Advance Payment?

Cars without Advance Payment mean you will only pay a monthly fee for leasing the car, without paying a chunk for it upfront.

MINI Countryman

Brand new to Motability, the MINI brand has joined the line up. While you may see the MINI name and question its size, the Countryman is the largest model from the MINI brand. At just under 4.5 metres long, it’s roomier than we all probably give it credit for. The interior is open and spacious, with plenty of head room and leg room. The boot is 460-litres, expanding to 1,450-litres when the rear seats are folded. Also, with its large 66kWh battery producing up to 287 miles (WLTP), the Countryman really ticks a lot of boxes when it comes to your next potential Motability car.

Mazda 2 Hybrid

While the Mazda 2 is not the biggest car around, size isn’t everything. If you’re after something for nipping around town, easy to park and easy to drive, the Mazda 2 has a lot to offer. A rear park assist camera, hill hold, start/stop system, electric handbrake, heated door mirrors and adaptive cruise control come as standard with Centre Line trim that’s available with no advance payment. This handy hatchback also gives deceptive performance in terms of both fuel efficiency and driving, thanks to its nippy 1.5-litre hybrid engine.

Vauxhall Frontera

You might have noticed the disappearance of the Vauxhall Crossland from the Motability Scheme; the Frontera is here to replace it. Like the Countryman, the Frontera has a boot space of 460-litres but with even more space once the seats are folded: 1,600-litres. The GS model which is the version available with no advance payment gets front seats specially designed for comfort over long distances, along with a high seating position for great road visibility. You can choose between a hybrid or electric version, the electric Frontera offering almost 190 miles (WLTP) to a charge.

Nissan Juke

Are you after a Motability car with a pinch more spice? Of course, if you’re willing to spend a bit more on the advance payment, more exciting engine options open up, but here we have one straight away, with zero advance payment. While a 1.0-litre small SUV doesn’t immediately scream performance, you’ll be surprised at how much of a sporty feel the Juke manages to give you. Along with the sporty drive and eye-catching looks, the Juke has a 422-litre boot, rear view camera, electric parking brake and a well-positioned 12.3-infotainment system.

Renault Captur

A staple on the Motability Scheme, the Renault Captur is a popular choice thanks to its spacious and flexible interior, comfortable drive and generous standard equipment for the price. You have a 10.4-inch touchscreen inside, along with wireless phone charging, cruise control, hill hold, engine start button, heated door mirrors, reverse parking camera, rear parking sensor, reverse parking aid and electric parking brake, to name a few. A sliding rear seat means customisable boot space, ranging from 444-litres to 536-litres and a large 1,334-litres when folded.

Toyota Yaris

If hybrid is the way you’re leaning, then it's hard to beat a Toyota. Aside from the obvious prowess of its hybrid engine technology, the Toyota Yaris manages to cover excellent economy, driver assistance technology and an excellent track record for reliability. While these aren’t the most glamorous selling points, they are all aspects that contribute to a great, no fuss daily car that looks after you. Adaptive cruise control, hill hold, heated door mirrors, rear park assist camera and air conditioning all add to the driver-focused experience of the Yaris.

Citroen C3 Aircross

Similarly to the Renault Captur and Vauxhall Frontera, the Citroen C3 Aircross is known for its comfort and practical interior. A collection of driver assist technologies, such as hill hold, engine start button, rear park assist camera, front parking sensor, rear parking sensor and electric parking brake make each journey a breeze. The heated front seat certainly helps the C3 Aircross’ feel-good vibe. The version on the Scheme with no advance payment is the C3 Aircross 83kW Extended Range Max Auto, offering up to 248 miles (WLTP) to a single charge, making it a great electric car option.

What are the top Motability cars with Advance Payment?

By spending an Advance Payment upfront, you increase your options in finding your ideal Motability vehicle. As the Advance Payment can range widely, this means whatever your budget there’s an ideal Advance Payment option for you.

Nissan Qashqai

Offered as a petrol or the popular petrol-electric hybrid, the Nissan Qashqai is known particularly well for its interior quality and accessible infotainment system. Its general all-round solidness and available from a £149 advance payment, the Qashqai turns many people into return customers.

Kia EV4

Available in in two Trims, Air at £299 and GT-Line at £499, the Kia EV4 is a great price for a great ranged electric car, with up to 388 miles (WLTP). Known for being an efficient drive, with accurate mileage prediction too, it's an electric car that gives you peace of mind to drive.

Hyundai INSTER

From £299 we have another excellent electric option. The Hyundai INSTER is a city friendly small electric car, with a nippy driving feel and a deceptively spacious interior for its size. The boot is easy to load, with no lip getting in the way, and there’s also a false floor to store your charging cables.

Vauxhall Mokka

Whether electric or petrol is calling to you, the Vauxhall Mokka, starting at £149, provides a great interior technology and driving experience. A 350-litre boot space is a great amount for its class, and easily loadable with no lip. In some trims you can make the most of the height adjustable floor too.

Honda HR-V

With a predictable range, great equipment as standard – including electric child-proof locks and electric tailgate – the Honda HR-V is a great option for a good-looking Motability family. With a £499 advance payment, you get a lot of car for your money, and the 1.5-litre self-charging hybrid doesn’t skip a beat.

Skoda Enyaq

One of the best deals on the list, pay for as little as £77 as an advance payment and the Skoda Enyaq could be yours. It gives a fuss-free electric driving experience (with a long range of up to 359 miles too), the Enyaq is a perfect choice for first time electric vehicle owners. The 585-litre boot, folding to 1,700-litres, and passenger space is large, highly competitive for its class.

Hyundai Tucson

If choice is what you’re after, the Hyundai Tucson has bags of options. With 27 different versions of the Tucson, there’s sure to be the perfect combination of trim level and engine for you. Starting at a £749 advanced payment, the family hybrid SUV is a class-leader, with a comfortable ride, user-friendly infotainment system and an impressive boot space whichever version you choose.

Toyota Corolla

While the Toyota Corolla is at the pricier end of the advance payment bracket - at £999 upfront - the reliability, equipment and efficient hybrid powertrains all make the Corolla an excellent Motability car choice. As a family hatchback it offers everything you need, and everything you didn’t know you needed.

Ford Kuga

Again, at the top end of the advance payment amount at £995 upwards, the Ford Kuga leans on excellent petrol-electric hybrid options along with great driving feel and a flexible interior to really sell itself. The fresh and well kitted out interior includes a large 13-inch touchscreen and a sliding bench seat for a perfectly customisable Motability car.

Citroen Berlingo

The Citroen Berlingo is almost one of those Motability options that sells itself, as one of the most iconic, notable Motability cars available. Essentially a van in people carrier kit, for £1,499 upwards, you get lots of passenger space, a huge boot, comfort, economy and all the convenience that comes with those perks.
